Description:
Located 150 km north of Cape Town, via the N7 and west at Malmesbury onto the R45. It is situated on the banks of the Berg River, this 18th centuary farm supports Hereford cattle, sheep and winter wheat.
All the farm buildings are listed as a national monument and some have been converted into luxurious bedrooms with their own bathrooms and are beautifully furnished with antiques from the original homestead.
To match the long-standing exteriors and historic farm environment, the en-suite bedrooms and sitting rooms have been carefully decorated and furnished with period antiques resurrected from the farm's great attics
Activities include: swimming, boating, walking, birding and wild flower displays in the veld. Dinners by arrangement. Children welcome. Private airstrip.
